Senior ColdFusion Developer needed to work within a diverse team of
resources responsible for the design, development, modification,
implementation, maintenance, and support of mission critical web
applications, websites, and databases. Position reports to the
Director of Information Technology.
Responsibilities:
Developing, analyzing, and interpreting complex system requirements to
develop web-based applications utilizing ColdFusion
Designing software tools and subsystems; analyzing and developing
processes and procedures for their implementation.
SQL Database optimization with indexing and proper query syntax,
assessing database needs and design requirements for systems changes
and enhancements.
Perform trouble-shooting and programming analysis of system issues,
including identification and resolution of security related events.
Participate in the development and execution of system / application
testing plans and system change migration to production plans for
compliance with change control requirements.
Background Required:
Experience within the Computer Systems Engineering career field is
required
Experience in full software development life cycle activities.
5+ years writing and utilizing Javascript, CSS, HTML, DHTML, AJAX,
XML
5+ years coding in ColdFusion, including CFCs
2+ Years B2B experience
Strong SQL server skills including T-SQL statement development
Experience with defect tracking, source control management, and unit
testing
Other Pluses:
Familiarity with architectures such as Mach-ii, Fusebox or ColdSpring
Able to work in a dynamic, fast paced development environment, and be
efficient in problem analysis and resolution
Able to maintain composure and meet deadlines in high intensity fast
paced environment
Compensation: 80K-100K
