Job Description : Union Time Management Business Knowledge: Collect
and analyze business requirements for large, multifunctional project.
Identify conflicting business practices issues; suggest potential
alternative solutions and business/system impacts. Strategic
Understanding: Ability to identify and recommend capabilities that can
drive the development forward. Perform feasibility studies, assisting
IT in translating requirements into an appropriate design. Provide
impact/option assessments to offer workable, efficient solutions
Document Key processes to create knowledge database. Knowledge and/or
practical experience with Time Recording and Time Data Processing best
practices as they relate to positive time recording and the use of
time clocks Strong written/verbal communication, presentation and
organizational skills Ability to work with minimal guidance; lead
requirements discussions; mentor clients counterpart; communicate w/
varying levels of clients project and business management SAP Time
Management Technical Experience Working knowledge of SAP Time
Management applications - ideally experience in the development of SAP
Time Management applications Prior SAP Time Management project
experience - evidence of participation in a minimum of 3 full life-
cycle projects Experience in interpreting bargaining unit agreements
Working knowledge of MS Excel
