Caxiam Group in Winter Park, FL is currently seeking a full-time
ColdFusion developer to join our talented six member team. This is a
flexible position meaning we aren’t certain in black and white terms
of what this person will bring to the table. While our hope is for a
Senior Developer, we would accept the right intermediate level
developer who was willing to put in extra time and really work to
increase their skills. We have a group of highly talented developers
who have left companies like EA Sports, Fidelity, and Business Objects
to be a part of our team and our long-term company vision.
We are an experienced website development firm focused on highly
custom solutions in E-Commerce, Design, Application Development and
Enterprise System Integration for clients worldwide. Since 2001 we
have specialized in serving Wholesale Distributors & Suppliers,
Healthcare Providers, Consumer Product Manufacturers, Educational
Institutions and On-line Retailers. As a full-service firm, we also
offer Strategic Planning & Architecture, Maintenance & Hosting,
Content Management, and Rich Interactive Media services.
Our development platform includes ColdFusion, Linux, Apache, and MySQL
on a day to day basis and we have many other expert level
proficiencies that can be tapped when a project calls for it.
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 and will be
determined by a general interview, technical interview and portfolio
review. Benefits include full medical coverage from United Healthcare,
401k matching, Dental, and Vision. We observe all the major holidays
and offer between two and three weeks of paid vacation depending on
skill levels.
Some of the things we’ll be looking for during the interview process
include:
- Education in the field of Computer Science and/or practical,
relevant job experience
- Knowledge of ColdFusion
- Knowledge of SQL and database design
- Knowledge of Software Development practices
- Ability to interact with clients, team members, and requirements/
specification documents
