How do I restore the PDF menu bar (File-Edit-View)? I am using version 8.1.3 of Adobe Acrobat. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

On the Mac its command shift M. I'd bet on Windows it would be control

On windows it is F9 (function 9).
