How do I uninstall Adobe Reader 9?

I removed Adobe Reader 9 from my system last week but I couldn't get rid of Acrobat.com so I reinstalled it this morning to see if that would help.

Now I find that I can't get rid of the Reader! There is no entry for Adobe/Acrobat Reader in Programs and Features (I'm using Vista) so no way to remove it. What is going on?

Also, where do I submit a problem about the new forums? I was in there yesterday but now I can't get back in. It doesn't recognize either this ID or any other I've tried.
