I need to display the 'modified date and time stamp' from a video file as a
watermark in my video. I would like to show the actual date
and time that the video was taken, displayed as a watermark. Does anyone
know a program or utility that will allow me to do that?

There's no function for it ... you'll have to fake it using something
like
"TimeCode Frame Generator" from http://www.2writers.com/download.htm
and "key" it in.

Not a problem.
But keep in mind that the Usenet is almost dead ... most if the video
editors that you yelled at will likely read this group perhaps once a
month or so... I am one of the few that reads it regularly.
