Premiere 6.5 Codec

Hello

At work I use Premiere Pro. I am able to export to Adobe Media
Encoder. The format I choose if mpeg2-dvd.

I installed at home (budget/price) Adobe 6.5. There is no Adobe Media
Encoder. I googled and the only Adobe Media Encoder downloads are for
CS versions. The abode page for downloads on supports in the current
view AME for CS2,3,4.

Please let me know where and how to locate and download an appropriate
encoder for Premiere 6.5
