How do you import a Filmstrip (FLM) file into Adobe Premiere Pro CS4? It
doesn't seem to support Filmstrip files anymore.

As all the frames are put on one layer in a filmstrip file, I can't even
think of a way to export it from Photoshop in a different format that can be
imported into Premiere.
