The system requirements for cs 4 stated Windows VistaŽ Home Premium, Business, Ultimate, or Enterprise with Service Pack 1 (certified for 32-bit Windows XP and 32-bit and 64-bit Windows Vista).
But i'm using windows vista home basic. So can i still use this program?

You can download the tryout. As soon as you start the installer,you will know for sure.

Not only unsupported but for the most part Home Basic is only found on
lower end machines which will likely be seriously underpowered as well.
