Camera Raw: what is that yellow exclaimation sign?

...at the upper left corner. It only shows on some files and disappear after a few seconds.

I think that as long as the exclamation mark is there, the image isn't fully loaded yet and may show artefacts and other imperfections making it unfit to judge quality.

Once the sign is gone it's loaded and ready.
