Maybe I'm going crazy, but no matter what I do, I can't get CS4 to render colours correctly in prints. CS3 has always worked beautifully, and with regular monitor calibrations, I can get perfect prints every time on a variety of papers.
Since installing CS4, I can't even come close. Same printer/paper profiles, same paper, same files, exact same workflow, same soft-proofs, same everything. And every CS4 print has a horrible green shift that I can't even compensate for.

Am I going nuts?

Thanks

In the photoshop print dialog box do you have "Photoshop manages Color"? If so, turn off any color correction in the printer preferences. It could be that you are doulble profilling which can cause the shift that you describe.

What printer are you using?

Geoff.

I'm using a Canon i960. I'm using the identical printing options all the way through the process. In CS3, I've actually had the best results using "Printer manages color" and the desired icm profile. My monitor is hardware calibrated, and I get a perfect print every time. I follow exactly the same flow in CS4, and it's just unacceptable. It really doesn't make any sense.
