I am using the Adobe Creative Suite 2. Photoshop is version 9.0.

I open Photoshop and here is the first pop-up I see:

<http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q161/eXar7331/Misc/1st.jpg>

It says: "The license configuration data for Adobe Creative Suite is no longer usable. Click OK to continue."

I click OK and this is what I see next:

<http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q161/eXar7331/Misc/2nd.jpg>

It's the activation window (do note I already have activated after the install)

So I activate, and it says thank you... as you can see here:

<http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q161/eXar7331/Misc/3rd.jpg>

Then immediately after activation, I get this pop up:

<http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q161/eXar7331/Misc/4th.jpg3>

It says "An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format."

I click OK then I get another pop up:

<http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q161/eXar7331/Misc/5th.jpg>

It says "Could not complete your request because of a program error."

I click OK and nothing happens. But if I click on ANY tool or function within Photoshop, I will get the last pop up which is:

<http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q161/eXar7331/Misc/6th.jpg>

It says, "A required application library failed to load and the product cannot continue. Please reinstall the application."

Then Photoshop closes, and I begin to weep.

So it asks me to activate, even though I have already activated it successfully. Then it tells me to reinstall even though I've already reinstalled twice now. I don't know what to do. The only thing I've changed on my computer recently is I've added fonts that I downloaded from a public website. Now my PS is screwed. Anyone?

You've been having complete, show-stopping problems for 22 days, and you haven't called Adobe Customer Support for help?

Yo DO realize that we're just a group of other users, like yourself, right?
