I cannot find the prices for Photoshop CS3 on the website since they released CS4. And I want to know if they sell Photoshop CS3 so I can pay monthly, because I only get EMA from college which is £30 a week.

That is because CS3 is no longer available since CS4 has been released. The only place you can most likely find it is in retail shops that still have old stock and most of these places will not be selling Educational versions.

that version is all that Adobe sells.
I can't say about monthly paymens; you just need to ask "them".

amazon still has some copies of cs3. if you buy with a credit card you have monthly payments.
