How to Remove "Fly Away" Hair

I'd be grateful for any help I can get with regards to a quick and easy way to remove strands of (fly away) hair from an image. I have images of a bride with strands of hair that are across her face and I would like to be able to remove these if possible.

Also, there are some pieces of hair that have come loose and I'd like to tidy these up as well but I'm just not sure how to start. I didn't want to use cloning or healing brush if possible.

I've no major problems with either cloning or healing brush but I find it a bit time consuming sometimes and just wondered if there is a quicker method.

Unwanted hairs can be difficult to resolve neatly and realistically, depending upon the background, and especially if you are working on a face. Because we recognize people first by their faces, careless retouching you do to a human face is more readily apparent than to almost anything else. And single hairs are far easier than locks of hair.

Learn to carefully clone and heal. And it will be time-consuming.
