Copy to clipboard and Option Command V will paste in the same place (power paste). Move the new copy and the next power-paste will paste with the move amount. Other than that, there is Edit>Paste Multiple (which has no shortcut that I know of).

Also you might try asking in the windows pagemaker forum this is the mac forum.
