There are corresponding columns in the excel files for each field. My problem is that when I merge the data, if a person doesn't have one of these data fields on their card (say, Cell phone for example) and I have selected REMOVE BLANK LINES FOR EMPTY FIELDS, it will not do this because of the tags for those fields.
It should come in as:
Phone: 888-444-5555
Fax: 888-999-7777
Email: j...@abc.com
But it is coming in as:
Phone: 888-444-5555
Fax: 888-999-7777
Cell:
Email: j...@abc.com
How do I delete the tag or caption and have the line space close up?
