I got by error the tool 'hand' on my screen. How can I switch it of and go back to the normal cursor? Thanks for your help!

Click the large "T" at the top of the Tools panel (which is probably at the upper left of your window). You should now have the "normal" I-beam cursor.

The large T is the Type tool, used for editing text. The Hand tool is a few slots below that and is used for dragging the page around the window (instead of using the scroll bars).
