I am a new user to InCopy. Whenever I have a .inca file open and I try to minimize the window so I can find something on my desktop, the program crashes when I try to maximize the window again. The only way to get my file back is to go to the task menu and quit the program, then open it back up. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

No where near enough info. System specs, windows version, InCopy
version, hardware.

In other words, Sarah, it's an unusual problem (at least, no one's ever posted about it to this forum). The more details you can provide the more likely we can suggest troubleshooting steps.

I'm assuming this is only happening with InCopy and no other programs, right?

First thing is updating to 6.0.1

CS4 recommendation is for XP SP3.

That's the second thing I'd try.

Great! Now, make sure the InDesign users do the same.
