I created a custom .indk file and dropped it into:
"C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Adobe\InCopy\Version 5.0\InCopy Shortcut Sets"
"C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Adobe\InCopy\Version 5.0\InCopy Shortcut Sets"
This is for multiple users on Citrix server so it was scripted.
My problem is how do I make this custom file default so that they don't have to choose it each time from the Edit Menu - Keyboard Shortcuts?

Once it's been chosen it should be remembered. Just to be safe, do it
with no documents open and then close down the application.
