Okay, I have looked everywhere in the properties section under page, watermark, color, etc. etc...and I can't find an area where I can control the printing size in percentages...Please help....

Ryan, that would depend on the typr of printer you are using. For example, I would go : doc setup/print setup/properties/advanced/scaling.

Agree with Matthew - I would then ask "WHY" would you want to do that? Something I've been discussing in the Illustrator Feature Requests Forum, subject Fix Page Setup. Why scale your print output when you can easily lay out your artwork to print size etc and scale your artwork if necessary.
