Hi Kurt! I created the graph by entering the data manually. From this data I would like to calculate statistical parameters like for example the 'standard deviation' or 'confidence intervals' and display them.

I think you will have to add error bars by hand after calculating them elsewhere. This is not really that difficult to draw, but a hassle if you want to update your graphs frequently.
