I am having a problem printing from ILL 10.0.3 and OS 10.1.3 to all my printers (only in separation) there is the message:

The PPD file for the current printer does not match the PPD file used by the separationsetup dialog. Your output may be clipped or failed to print properly.

And yes they are the same ... i double checked and reconfigured them.

From ID 2.0.1 it is working perfectly

Do someone have an issue ?

I am having the same problem. I also have another problem in Separation Setup. I can choose a Custom Page Size but when I print I only get a single blank page out of my printer.
I have tried going to different printers and I have reconfigured my printers in the Print Center.

You can ignore the separations warning. It was a bug that was found late in the Jaguar test cycle with 10.2, and we didn't have time to fix it. There was a decision made for all the Apple PPD's to be gzipped that was made late in the game, which screws up our function that compares PPDs.

I kind of gave you the short answer...

Here's the long one:

CUPS copies your PPD into a temporary area from the PPD's folder before the print job starts (and ungzips it if necessary). It actually this copying that screws us up as we expect the PPD that CUPS is using to have the same filename as the PPD that exists in the PPD's folder. Unfortunately when CUPS does the copy it creates a random temporary name. When the two names don't match, up goes the dialog.

I have replaced the apple ppd's with a ppd that is not gzipped which did not make any difference.
