New FM9 plug-in - SDL AuthorAssistant

For those of you with FM9 and writing for the global market, Adobe is
now providing SDL's AuthorAssistant plug-in as a freebie download.

This is an enterprise level tool (read client-side) to help maintain
consistency in documentation. From SDL's site:

"[SDL AuthorAssistiant] is the element of the system that sits inside
the authoring environment. From within the authoring environment,
authors can check for style and linguistic issues, terminology
inconsistencies and ensure that any changes they make do not incur
additional translation costs."
