Is there an easy way to change the size of an equation, such as changing an existing "medium-size" equation to a "small-size" equation?

I haven't tried this - but it might be an easy way to change a whole load of equations to a different size: 1. Save in MIF format

2. Do a search and replace for, for example, <MathSize MathMedium> to <MathSize MathLarge>

As i said, i haven't tried it, so i don't know if it'll work or mess things up elsewhere. Cheers, Mike

The only way I know of is to select and copy the contents of the equation, delete it, create a new one of the desired size, and paste.

For an individual equation, select all or part of the equation and
choose Graphics>Object Properties. Then from the Equation Size drop-down
list, choose the desired size.

To do a mass conversion, e.g. convert all small to medium in the
document, save as MIF and find and replace on the text strings as
Michael Tooley suggested. I have done this many times without serious
problems. Two things to watch for are the wrapping of equations
(anchored frame size and positioning after the conversion) and
positioning of equations when they need to align with drawn or imported
graphics in anchored frames.

Thanks, Michael. This saved me a ton of time -- and frustration.
