I have encountered the following problem with the Dimensions software, I can use it without any problem for about a month but then while opening up the program I get the following message "Adobe Premiere Elements Error" - [\pre\libraries\UIFramework\Src\Windows.cpp-267]
when this appears it locks up the software completely and my only cure for this is to unload the software completely without saving any preferences and then reloading it from scratch it works fine then for another month or so. Question for anyone is this a fixable thing or am I going to have to live with this? The computer is brand new, I purchased it in Dec-06 and it is a HP dual processor 4200, has 1GB Ram and 250GB hard drive and is operating under Windows XP Media. I love the software but am trying to find a perminent cure. Thanks for anyones help.
