deactivating and reinstalling CS2?

About 6 months ago I got a nasty virus that caused my cs2 to stop working. I cannot get any of the programs to load...I always get error messages. Is there another way to deactivate it so I can reinstall the programs? I cannot get into any program so I cannot go to the help section.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You can uninstall the program and re-install and the activation should
persist. Even if you have to erase the disk, the activation should
persist. If you have a problem with activation after re-installing, the
program will give you a number to call. They can help you with your
activation problem.
