Azerty Qwerty random switch

Can anybody tell me how to fix that annoying issue I encounter with both after effects and illustrator CS3?

What happens is that the keyboard switch from my regular qwerty settings to azerty. AND IT IS NOT THE Ctrl + Shift thing... I already tried that.

I do not know if it occurs at a specific time but it happens quite regularly, and I have to restart the application to get back Qwerty controls. Sometimes it doesn't even work!

Nevermind... I just found out I could disable the option.

Thanks for the answer but your solution is not completely satisfying since it only gives two options.

I cannot actually put the shortcuts combination I want or simply cancel that option. It just gives the choice between alt+shift and Ctrl + shift

What a choice! both are useful command in Adobe softwares. Is there way to desactivate that stupid feature. because I will never switch to qwerty WHILE I work in an application.

It will happen any time you hit a keyboard shorcut that includes Alt+Shift.

However you can change what keyboard shortcut changes keyboards.

Control Panel>Regional and Language Options>Keyboards and
Languages>Change Keyboards>Advanced Key Settings>Change Key sequence...

This has happened to me today... I use azerty in France and write in French and now illustrator CS3 has randomly changed me to qwerty !!! I can't get on with this graphics job and spending far too long trying to sort this out !!! please let me know how to switch it back !!! its only in illustrator.. just checked photoshop and all is fine !
