I did some tests, and interlacing results in the same motion blur amount as rendering your 30 fps project at 60 fps, which makes sense.
However, it would be nice if AE automatically adjusted from your 30p view you have on your computer screen to match the motion blur level when you interlace 60i it for output.
I guess the only way to match what you see when you are working on your project in AE is to double the motion blur number on output?
O.k. it's a little anal, but just a thought. Otherwise I wish motion blur would look a little more sexy at higher shutter values. Do you know of any plugins that can replace AE motionblur settings?

Does the Reelsmart Motion blur work on individually moving layers or just on a complete comp/movie?
