I have a logo that I've added a lens flare to. I want to rotate the flare over time and I can't figure out how to do it.

Thanks
Kev

Make the flare layer a square that is equal to the diagonal of your comp.
Precompose the layer (not necessary but it's a good habit).
Open the rotation parameter under geometrics (or apply the transform filter).
Set keyframes for the rotation.

You want to make the layer larger than the comp because as soon as you start to rotate, the edges will show.
You want to precompose the layer so you can apply other filters uptream of the flare or in tandem with the flare, or, more likely, to apply filters downstream of the flare or to just fade it in and out.
