I am getting a consistent, steady pop or small cracking sound when I render my movie.
I have a background audio track that runs through a 3 minute movie. It doesn't pop in the RAM preview, it only happens once I render.
What could it be?? Help... Thanks

i've had this problem, too. i'm told that it's probably due to the levels of the audio being too high for premiere to handle. i lowered the rubberbands on the popping audio and re-rendered; it worked! however, the audio was now too low to be heard well. i cheated: copying the now non-popping audio file and pasting it into a track below....(so you have two copies of it and it's twice as loud). now it's audible again, and not popping. good luck!

My experience with popping sounds was related to the audio track being 48KHz. It sometimes pops through the Mac speakers but the output to digibeta is OK. No idea why.
