duplex printing a pdf file

When I open a pdf file in adobe reader (5.0) it will not give me the option to print duplex. I have 2000 agents that open these files daily and they want to print duplex, if they have the option on their printer. I have a duplex hp laserjet printer and I can't print duplex either.

happens for you - is the option missing, or does it have no effect?

Have you checked your printer properties? We have 2 HP 8000s here at work, and to set the Duplex option, you need to select your printer, click on the Properties button, and select the duplexing mode in the Printer Properties, rather than the Acrobat print dialog box.
