I have download this version twice into my computer (Operating with Windows 2000). In both instances, after successfully installing, the programm does not open beyond the logo page. What am I doing wrong?
Please help!

This is the Acrobat forum so can we presume you're downloading the 6.0.1 update to Standard or Professional Acrobat. Or have you downloaded Reader 6.0.1; Adobe is the name of a company producing many applications so Adobe 6.0.1 could apply to lots of situations. Can you clear up any potential misunderstandings here so the forum knows what the topic is?

This document exlains a few possible solutions. If you try solution 1 make sure that you have changed your WIndows preferences to view hidden files, otherwise you'll search for hidden files that, surprise, will remain hidden and thus difficult to delete.
