Compare Documents Function on Adobe

Is there a difference between the Adobe Acrobat version 5.0 and version 6.0 on the compare documents function? Currently, on version 5.0, I am able to compare document by text only but I realized that pages that do not have changes would be drop from the files. And also when comparing, it does not keep pages in the same order on the compared output document. Is there a easier way to add missing pages to the compared output document? Is there a way to hide the document name when printing and viewing the compared output document?
