When I try to print the Excel document to the PDFWriter there is no printer in the box where you select your printer named PDF Writer or PDF Distiller. Also, when I go to Adobe Acrobat and try to open the Excel file it says that it is either not supported or corrupted. I know it's not corrupted, so what am I doing wrong. Do I have some incorrect settings or something?

Best way (only way I use) to produce a PDF is the print a PostScript file (MS calls them PRN files, just to confuse us), then drag that file into Distiller's window.

I tried that, but it still says "no pdf created". The excel spreadsheet is extremely detailed, would that have anything to do with it?

What version of Acrobat and Excel do you have and what operating system?

The Acrobat Distiller printer is called Adobe PDF in Acrobat 6.
