I have a PDF form, which has many input boxes and checkboxes. After user fills these boxes I want to "flatten" / seal / close this PDF so that it turns static, like a picture. I don't want that anybody can edit the PDF even with a password later on.

Print to Distiller, but make sure "print as image" is selected.
