How do I create an interactive .pdf document? By "interactive" I mean a document in which the user, viewing the document in Acrobat Reader, can input data into the document.

Details:
I have a FrameMaker document that is a form.
I want to convert it to a .pdf document that a user can input data into.
I see that Distiller has settings for "Security" and the "No Changing the Document" setting is NOT checked. However, this doesn't do the trick. There must be a setting elsewhere...

Help! TIA.

You make a PDF into an interactive form using the Forms Tool in
Acrobat Professional (Acrobat, in earlier versions).

I think I can help you with this, I know a printer driver that
converts to editable and searchable PDF document format, it's called
LEADTOOLS ePrint driver and you can try the trial version of this
product by visiting the www.eprintdriver.com link.

Best Regards,
Tamer.
