I have files that were passed on to my client in a PDF format. They want to display those files on an intranet site with the words "For Internal Use Only" on every page. If the user wants to print the document out, the client wants to be sure that the "For Internal Use Only" prints on every page.

How can I add that "watermark" and have it print automatically (no special action on the users part) as part of the PDF?

Look up watermark in the help file.

You can do it while distilling, or you can add a stamp.

We are working in 4.05 with plans to upgrade to 5.0 towards year end.

Watermark is not listed in Index.

If I add a stamp annotation to the form, it sits on top of the words of the page. I need it to be behind the text.

Also, since some of these documents can go up to 35 pages long, I would like whatever process is developed to "automatically" be part of every page, if possible.

How do you it while distilling? I assume you mean to redistill the item.
