Could Not Start Print Job

I am attempting to print my bank statement from my bank's website. All I get is the error message of: Could not start print job." I recently switched from Acrobat Reader 4.0 to 6.0. Previously, I could print the statement with no problem. I have been through the troubleshooting steps and the FAQ, but found no joy there. Any suggestions as to remedying this issue?

I too have this same problem. Just upgraded to Acrobat 6 from 5 with the Creative Suite and no files will print. Get the same Could not start job message all other apps print fine. Restarted CPU and printer, plenty of RAM etc.
Any ideas?

This seems to be a common problem with both IE 6 and Netscape 7+. I've noticed it on reports that are dynamically generated.

Unfortunately Adobe has not even acknowledged the problem. Also, there is little documentation out there that addresses this problem.

Best bet is to save the file to desktop and open it outside of the browser with Adobe Reader 6. If it’s a document that is personal or confidential, make sure you delete it.
