Using Acrobat 9 Pro, Windows 7.
I have an excel spreadsheet where each row represents a client, lots
of different parameters. So each client & their corresponding info on
are each row, where each column is a different set of info for the
client (basic database).
I have a fillable PDF form that I would like to import/merge each
row's data (each client) to the PDF form, and generate a separate PDF
for each client.
Is this possible? I can't even figure out how to import excel data
into the fillable PDF. I tried saving excel file as an XML, but when
I go to Manage Form Data > Import Data and locate/select the XML file,
nothing happens.
FYI, the field names & the column names in excel are typed exactly the
same (the field in the PDF is named Client, and the data in excel the
column is named Client as well).
??
Thanks....
