Time Stamp in Digital Signatures

I have the full version of Adobe Acrobat 5.0.0 loaded on a Windows 2000 Professional workstation.
Problem: The workstation's time is set corretly to Pacific Time with the daylight savings box checked. However, the time stamp in the digital signature appears off by one hour earlier (i.e. the timestamp show 9:00 a.m. if the document is signed at 10:00 a.m.).
I would appreciate any responses as to how this time field calculation may be corrected. Thanks!
