I have a Word document that I am converting to a PDF. I have used Acrobat 5, PDF Online and another PDF Online software. All of them with the same result - the images are fuzzy/pixelated on the screen - different monitors, older to laptop to newer.
The document prints perfectly - very nice and crisp in the Word Doc and th PDF. The word document is fine on the screen, the PDF is one with the bad images.
Suggestions? Looking at this issue for a week.
Thanks.

Look at the display preferences and look at smoothing.

There may be a resolution issue with the image as well as the display option in the Adobe PDF printer. The 1200 dpi default has often caused problems. Try some changes on these.

If the display preferences for smoothing have no effect, try changing you zoom level.

Thanks for your assistance. What resolved the issue if anyone else comes across it is my version of Acrobat wasn't working. My boss changed one of the settings to Acrobat 5 and generated the PDF perfectly. However, we can't open the file in Acrobat 5, only Acrobat Reader 7. It gives a bad corrupt file error.
