I installed acrobat 5.05 and my applications say that the writer is not installed.
Is that a separate process.
The instructions that say I can easikly write pdf documents leaves a lot to be desired.
It doesn't tell me anything about the writer
process.
Isn;t it automnatically installed with the product that I purchased?

I also installed 6.0. Is that screwing me up.
6.0 is only a reader?

PDFWriter is not installed by default in Acrobat 5 and is not present in any form with Acrobat 6.

It is far better to create a PDF by printing to the printer called Acrobat Distiller.

If you insist on using PDFWriter then you can install through a custom install of Acrobat 5.

Therer is no product called exactly "the writer". What is the exact
message, and what product is writing the message?
