I GET A LOT OF DOCUMENTS SENT TO ME IN pdf FORMAT, WHICH I STORE FOR FUTURE REFERENCE IN A DIRECTORY. I NEED TO BE ABLE TO SEARCH FOR KEY WORDS IN THIS DIRECTORY TO FIND SPECIFIC PDF FILES. I CAN ONLY SEARCH A KEYWORD IN A FILE THAT IS ALREADY OPEN. IN OTHER WORDS, IF I HAVE 100 PDF FILES IN A DIRECTORY AND I WANT TO FIND THE ONE THAT HAS THE KEYWORD "INTERNET" IN IT, HOW CAN I DO THIS. THANK YOU lionsinaussie.co.uk

mIKE,
You will need access to the full version of Acrobat, so that you can use the Acrobat Catalog program. This will create a keyword index that can be accessed with the search-enabled version of Reader.
