What scanners are supported in the new Adobe Writer?

Is the Fujitsu M4097D a supported scanner in the new Adobe Writer software. I have 2 M4097D scanners that I would like to scan documents and store them in pdf format.

There is no software called Adobe Writer. Adobe Acrobat 5.0, or just
Acrobat, supports almost(?) any scanner that provides a TWAIN driver.
The situation with Adobe Acrobat Capture 3.0 may be different.
