I know what you mean, though there isn't anything called Acrobat
Writer. Acrobat has a forum of its own, but the only solution I know
of is to take the file and print it to the Distiller printer to make a
new PDF (completely without links, bookmarks etc.)

I thought I was in the Acrobat Forum. It didn't say anything about being just for the users of Acrobat Reader only forum.

What is the address for the Acrobat forum?

Thanks.

This is a broken PDF; unfortunately they are very troublesome.
Nothing you can do to fix it in Acrobat Reader, you would need
Acrobat.

When I try to extract a section of my PDF document I get the following error
"Wrong type parameter supplied to a PDS procedure."

Where do I goto fix this at and how do I fix it? Unfortunatly I'm new to this program.

Thanks

See the forum list on http://www.adobe.com/support/forums/main.html.

The Acrobat Reader forum should have a welcome message that goes
something like this:

" Acrobat Reader

This is the Acrobat Reader Forum. If you have questions or comments
about the full Acrobat product, please post them in the Acrobat forum
for your particular operating system "

At least I think so. I don't see it the way I use the forums...

I also have gotten the message "Wrong Type Parameter supplied to a PDS procedure" when I merge existing PDF files into one new PDF file. I have the full version of Acrobat. How do I fix this?
