Hi there I have version 5.01 and I remember when it was first installed, when I would click on a PDF to be downloaded, Acrobat would automatically open and I could begin viewing the document as it was loading. This function has stopped for some reason. Am I able to configure it to open as it did originally? I am using Win98SE and IE 5.5. Thank you for your reply Regards Conrad

Is this one particular PDF, or one particular site, or all PDFs everywhere on the net?

It seems it is happening to all PDF's I attempt to download anywhere on the net.
As I mentioned previously, for instance, wanted to view a manual or product info. in PDF,I would simply click on the PDF link, Reader would automatically open and I could start viewing the contents of the file as it was downloading. Now what happens is the whole file needs to be downloaded and then Reader opens??

The same thing happens to me. I can view PDF files that are onmy hard drive but not on a website through Internet Explorer. I am using IE 6.0 and windows XP on a new computer. This works fine on my other computer that has IE 6.0 but is runnning Win98SE. Does anyone have a solution?

Jim313 - NO the same thing is NOT happening to you. Try posting a new topic with more specifics or better yet try searching this forum for answers yourself.

The search button is red and located right below where it says "You are logged in as Jim313".

Also try the FAQ's or Support. There's plenty of info there if you search.
