Disable both of these and attempt the download and installation again. Delete the original language pack download first, though. Adobe has a habit of NOT overwriting exisitng files and you'll end up with the same trashed installer you have now.

I visited the user forums and noticed a post that asked how to deal with this error (except for the Chinese Language Support package instead of Korean), so I used the link provided in the reply to go to Asian font packs for Acrobat Reader. I selected Korean, downloaded the file, and read installation notes at some point that said I should simply double-click the downloaded exe file, and follow the instructions. I double-clicked the file (ar5kitkor.exe) and a progress bar appeared as it unzipped, but that was it; nothing else happened, no instructions window appeared. I opened the document again that started all this and got the same error. Can anyone suggest a possible solution? Thank you.
