where to find adns python windows version?

I didn't know the Windows port of adns existed before now. Obviously I
haven't test adns-python with it. In principle it should work though.
According to that last link, you'll have to add these includes
somewhere early in adnsmodule.c:
#define ADNS_MAP_UNIXAPI
#define ADNS_DLL
