Good Morning Ms. Turner,
In regards to your question, unfortunately I must inform you that, since the old web software is already grandfathered,
the only way for you to get a copy of the tax return is for the taxpayer to go to the IRS website,
create an online account, and pull the transcript of the tax return.
The old legacy software is not even accessible by us since it has been grandfathered and phased out. Unfortunately, to access the client's previous tax return, they can request it only thru the IRS and we apologize for the inconvenience since the software has been upgraded and now been moved over to the New Web software.
