Determining longitudinal subject counts for T2* GRE MRI data

Hello,

I am currently using the Advanced Search tool in the LONI IDA portal to filter for T2* GRE sequences (using the wildcard *T2 GRE* in the Image Description) for an ARIA-H detection study.

If I select these specific search results and download the resulting CSV file, how can I use that file to determine the exact number of subjects available at each longitudinal time point?

Alternatively, is there another recommended way to check the number of subjects at each time point for a specific imaging modality?
